All shipping originates from 91350 zip code. Shipment will be either UPS or USPS. Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground service. Orders are generally shipped within three to five business days after full payment is received but may take up to eight weeks to recieve due to the custom nature of these items.

Returns

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales, reverse hood brackets and Closeouts are not refundable but can be returned for store credit. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
